Apple Pie!!!

Tuesday, we have kh period again. This time we made apple pie... Actually we can made chicken pie too... but do not know why teacher choose apple pie... I wan eat chicken pie!!!

This time not that fun because I did not see teacher demo so not fun... I cant understand the whole process... Haiz... I go cut the apple so do not have chance to see... Haiz...

This year theme... 1 Malaysia, rakyat didahulukan, pencapaian diutamakan...

This year our country national day's theme is "1 Malaysia, rakyat didahulukan, pencapaian diutamakan". This Monday, our school had a "Bulan Penghayatan" for this month. All of us know that this month is our Malaysia independence month so it very meaningful. But 1 thing I do not like this month is because we need to do revision to handle our PMR trial exam... AH... Hate exam...

Our school "Bulan Penghayatan" is still the same... We had dramas from Kelab Setia and Kelab Kebudayaan, songs from Choir Group, some marching and others things that not that important... I like the Kelab Setia's drama because it very funny... Although is not that creative like those past years drama... But it still had some funny parts...

Actually I had joined Kelab Setia for 2 years but I do not think they know I am a member of that club... Why... Haiz... I must apologize to my sister... I had promised some important things... But I do not think I can make it now... How??? Haiz...

But anyway... I still hope this year's national day can be a happy day for all people... Use that day to make yourself happy... Just do not think so much...

Sweetcorn Ice Cream That I Made Last Few Months...

I forgot which month liao... My mom and I brought 1 ice-cream receipe book. So we decided to make a ice-cream. We had chose the sweetcorn ice-cream because the ingredients can find it easily. It quite easy to make. But I wont let you know the receipe. If want take from me la...

CupCake...

Today, our class have 3 KH period. Our teacher let us to make cupcake. It's my 1st time making cupcake.

Actually I did not watch teacher's demo so when I make that time quite confuse. Luckily is a group work, if not I think I will bake until all burn. Haha... It fun baking cupcake. Hope this teacher can let us bake all kind of pastries, like moose cake, tiramisu cake. These 2 cakes are my favourite cake. It very delicious... Hehe... want to eat now... yer...

These are the cupcake that I made with my team member (my friends).





The dark dark things at the topping is the cocoa powder. We added it to make it more beautiful. But it did not took the effect out. Haiz... I had eaten 1 cupcake, it did not taste like cupcake. It more like butter cake. Haha... It because it put at the cup so only call as a cupcake. Haiz... But anyway, it quite good.

I still remember those steps. If anyone want to make these cupcake can ask from me for the receipe. But must ask me in this month... no this week... this few days I got little bit "sot sot" so must ask me in this week.

Actually Manhand is the only 1 chinese group that I like... Cause their songs quite meaningful and nice... Is true... I like this kind of group...

NightMare ---

Yesterday night I had a nightmare. This nightmare can say is quite scary.

It showed that my whole family member when to a place (do know what place is that). Then we go there to eat "Ba Wong Chan" then the worker saw us wanted to leave. He quickly pull us back and said us didnt pay for the lunch. Then we said we had paid. Then 1 of the customer said we took 1 roll of toilet paper o... (actually my dad like to take people's toilet paper cause he say we use too much of toilet paper so need to take others toilet paper o... He always go to the gym that he join to take toilet paper... very "pai se" le... don't let him know ah... ^^) Then the worker go "cao" my sister's bag den he saw the toilet paper...

When i saw there that time, the air-corn just turned off and very hot le... So i just woke up... ==... Haiz... What nightmare is this... Very "malu" le... And very very stupid de nightmare... Haha...

A musician will sacrifices everythings just for music...

Seo Taiji...

Now I only know that a musician really can sacrifices anythings just for music, just like the Korean Rock Singer... or I should call him a MUSICIAN. This will be better.

Today, when i was finding the biography of Clazziquai, I accidentally saw they had join a festival last year. Then only i know, Seo taiji is the organizer for this festival. You can see that he open his company just to held a festival almost every year to gather all rock stars. I think he wanted to let Korean know more about the rock song.

This festival is ETPFEST. It stands for Eerie Taiji People. It is one of the biggest rock music festival in South Korea. Last year he had invited many singers from all country (which is famous la). Including my favourite band, Epik High and Clazziquai. Both of this bands is the most talented band that i think. Although their music genre are not that same, but i think they are the best band in South Korea.

I really think that Seo Taiji had did many things for music. Like this festival, it is not easy to held, but he did it. Because of music he did everything. I cant stop falling in love with his passion to music. It really great. I really admire him.

Last year i watched a concert that also held by him. It call "The Great Seotaiji Symphony" with Tolga Kashif and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. When I watched him performs his new song I start crying because I didn't know that his fans can enjoy his performance until all of them can shake their whole body or head nonstop. It quite impressive. Im not trying to criticism him or his fans. I just think that when a singer was performing on stage and the fans can enjoy it without thinking anythings. It a good thing, not all of the singer can do this. It really hard. I saw his fans follow him singing I just feel that this only can call a successful performance.

I hope I can fly to South Korea just watch his live performance. It must be fun watching a good singer / musician performing on stage. Can anyone "teman" me???

Wow... this is my 1st time type so many words while posting a new post. Haha... But seriously i really want to watch his live performance or at least buy his "The GREAT Seotaiji Symphony DVD+CD". Later if I have time I try to upload 1 of his performance let all of you see. I think he always has a successful performance. Ah... I want to watch his performance...
